BUILDING WORKS ( C ) Brickworks,Concrete Works etc?36...Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht. shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof).(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Notes:- For shuttering in shell roof, grid roof with vertical faces folded plate, arched roof the rate in 36 (a), 36 (b) & 37 (c ) of subhead B above to be increased by 100 % . For grid roof with splayed faces, rate is to be increased by 150%.

1.Excavation of Trial Pit for fixing of alignment of sewer line etc. taking every precaution against damages of electrical cables, gas mains, sewer lines, telephone cables, water mains etc. as contained in position of the underground obstruction including back filling, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length - 3.0 m., width - 2.0 m., Depth- 3.0 m.)

Construction of special inspection chamber pit of size 900mm. X 600mm. (inside measurement) without shaft with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over150mm. thick jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying, fitting and fixing 450mm. dia. (15 M.T.) heavy duty R.C.P.C. cover and frame (15 M.T. load-bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) and C.I. steps (4 kg. each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils but excluding shoring as per standard drawing .(depth of invert between 1.15m. to 1.80m. below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 1.15 m. below G.L.

23.Construction of Catch pit 600mmX525mm. (inside measurement) and depth of invert 1000mm. below G.L. with 250mm. thick cement brick work (1:4) over 100mm. thick jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 100mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing, brickon- edge flooring with 20 mm. thick cement plaster (1:4) finished fine with 1.5 mm. thick neat cement in the inside walls and invert including supplying and fixing R.C.P.C. gully grid (5 M.T.load bearing capacity) and 150 mm. dia. C.I. Syphone including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling and removal of spoils as per standard drawing

Manhole connection (upto 450 mm. dia.) including mending good all complete with (1:2:4) cement concrete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge..
