Supply, Installation, Testing and Successful Commissioning of MCB Distribution Box of size 8" (W) x 8" (H) x 8" (D) made out 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, painted with 2 coats of primer & 2 coats of Siemens Gray colour paint, suitable for 230V / 440V, AC to fix on surface. The DB shall consist of Din Rail to fix 1 x 63Amps 2 Pole RCCB having a sensitivity current 30mA, 1 x 32 Amps 2 Pole MCB, "C" Curve, 10kA Breaking Capacity, 2 nos of blank plates and respective colour LED Indicator for the output tapped from R / Y / B Phase. One of the Phase Line of Item No:14, (in alternative) shall be given as Input for both RCCB and MCB as Input with 10.0 sq.mm and 4.0 sq.mm single core copper wires (Red & Black), duly terminated with copper lugs respectively. Fixing and Servicing of Institute provided DB Panel / MCCB by removing the existing old TPN / DPIC etc., and to give connections to all the existing output lines in the replaced Panel.

Labour charges for digging 8 feet of depth below ground level, including hard soil, rocks, cement surface etc.,if any encountered, fixing the Item No:18, refilling of soil etc., as required. (along with charcoal / coke and salt from S.No:18 as required, already estimated under S.No.18).

Dismantling & taking down all Old Electrical Wirings / Lights / Switch Boards and respective related wirings, hardwares etc., after carefully disconnecting the incoming electrical input and insulating the same, depositing all the old materials in an organised manner to the Auction / Electrical Section Store Yard or as per the advise of the Electrical Officer In-Charge of the Project without any damage. Note: While dismantling, Telephone / Internet Network Lines etc., should not be disturbed and proper care should be taken in all the 12 rooms.

Supplying and fixing 20A, 240V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate to be connected with a suitable size copper flat using SS / Bronze nut, bolts and washers until the funnel.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00mm dia copper wire in 15mm G.I. pipefrom earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and refilling as required.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.
