Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres. Dismantling Brick / Tile work/ rubble masonary/ pitching/ etc. by mechanical means. Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid on edge complete including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8") depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Costruction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes(45 to 63 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Clause 405(2) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (22.4 to 53 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Clause 405(3) & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.7 kg/sqm using mechincal means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type-C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.

Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bitumenious surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type 'C' as per Technical Specification Clause 510. & including cost of all material, labour, T&P, labour cess and all other taxes but excluding G.S.T.
