Clearing and grubing of land including diversion of natural nallah and demarcation of boundary of proposed R and R site at Nigahi Project

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil/ silt by mechanical means (hydraulic excavaror)/ manualmeans including dozering, trasnportation, unloading at designated place, levelling and dressing of dump sites all inclusive as per instructions of EIC with all lifts (for all project of NCL).

Brick work with FALG bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture
