Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground).

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced)(other than ground floors), staircases, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work.(Note: Height of the building varies from 3m to 10m from GL)

Demolition of cement concrete including removal of waterproofing membrane/roof tiles (unreinforced)(other than ground floors),roofs and similar suspended work.(Note: Height of the building varies from 3m to 10m from GL)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, aches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons incl granite slab in kitchen platform Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar etc all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete/brick floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. & brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre all as specified and directed.

Removing by cutting/up rooting plant/tree under surface of wall/celling/roof including pouring of acid on the place and making good the damage portion with cement mortar 1:3 or concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate complete and removing of material retrived from above work to outside of MoD land all as specified and as directed (Note: Height of bldg is upto 4m)

M & L for Joint free Non - skid colored Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry 15mm thk cement screed base laid in mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified

M&L for labour for preparation of surface by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 150̊ degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of180N by torch application with minium 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumin 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2Kg/sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.1kg/sqm all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc to a distance of 5km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
