Cost of excavation of 132 kv Towers for foundation pits including all earth work , back filling and levelling etc.
Setting of Stub including all foundation work (excluding the cost of concreting and excavation)
Cost of Concreting of foundation in ratio of 1:2:4 of cement , coarse sand and stone ballast of 40/20 mm size in frustum , pad and chimney for 132 KV Towers for foundation including cost of materials , sorting , shuttering and dewatering works.
Cost of reinforcement of steel bar in RCC Foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting , bending , placing , binding etc.
Erection of Super Structure of all 132 KV Towers including of all works above ground level including fitting of danger , phase and number plate and fixing and punching of bolts excluding hoisting of Insulator , Hardware and accessories.
Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height one section of the Tower or 5 Meters from the ground level .
Laying , Stringing , Tensioning , Clamping , Jointing etc. complete with ACSR Panther conductor including hoisting of Insulators , fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories.
Laying , Stringing , Tensioning , Clamping , Jointing etc. of Earth Wire including fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories.
Construction of Scaffolding arrangement for crossing of NH-29E traffic during stringing work.
Pipe type earthing including cost of coke , salt , excavation , backfilling and other associated work.
PART-II
Dismantling of all existing S/C Towers safely A+0 Type=02 Nos. , C+5 type= 01 Nos. , C+0 type = 02 Nos.
Destringing of all ACSR Panther conductor for Location No. 15 , 15A , 15 B , 16.
Destringing of all 7/10 SWG Earth Wire from Joint to Joint.
Gas cutting of Tack welded Nut and Bolt for dismatled Tower.
Transportation of released material and its shifting up to Substation Store , making bundels of conductors and earth wire including stacking of Tower parts with all necessary hardware fitting and Insulators etc.
