M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7mm thick 300 x 200mm size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 10mm thick cement sand plaster (1:3) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to tile shade over and including 15mm thick cement and sand screed (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L writing letters or figures with synthetic enamel paint (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge .

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces by applying two coats of interior grade wall putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method i.e. with hand electric grinder then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of cement primer complete all as specified by mechanical method i.e spray gun all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Preparation of Old plastered surfaces by removing old treatment and applying two coats of interior grade wall putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method then applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of Old plastered surfaces by removing old treatment and applying two coats of exterior grade wall putty and making it smooth with sand paper by mechanical method then applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying rising damp proof coating system with single component ready to use damp proof coating Roff Hydamp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (A) SURFACE PREPARATION : Thoroughly brush and clean all laitance, loose particles, efflorescence, bird droppings etc. all large voids or hollow portion must be removed. Non moving cracks having width upto 5mm most be filled with polymer based crack filler. (B) APPLICATION : Apply the first coat of Roff Hydamp with a paint brush directly on the prepared surfaces. Allow to dry for a minimum 2-3 hours. Apply one part of Roff Hydamp and 2 part of OPC white cement and make the putty. Apply putty on the entire surfaces area. Allow to dry for atleast 3-4 hours. Apply the final coat of Roff Hydamp onthe entire surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
