Removing dry or oil bound distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying plaster of Paris putty of2 mm thick over plastered of Paris surface to prepare thesurface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand andmanufacture on wall surface.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Distempring with 1st quality acrylic distemper,having VOC(volatile OrganicCompound) content lessthan 50 gm per lit.'of approved brand and manufacture including additional coats whereever required,to acquire even shade andcolor.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade one or more coats to give an even shade.
