Plain cement concrete corresponding to (1:4:8) prop mix nominal mix (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse agregate) using 40mm size hard broken granite (IS 383, 1970) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse agregate, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidential, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concerete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm finishing top surface curing concrete etc., complete for finished item of work. Under Kerb walls & under brick work.

Construction of Precast Cement Concrete Kerb with top and bottom width of 115 mm and 150 mm respectively 325 mm high and 600 mm length as shown in drawing in M20 Grade PCC Kerb stone laid in position to the required line level and curvaute. Joined with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement:3 Screened sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 12 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete as directed by Engineer-in-charges Kerb stone size L:600mm x H:325mm, Bottom width 150 mm and top width 115 mm. Brick masonry in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop mix using Fly Ash Cement Bricks of size 29x22.5x14 cms from approved source having minimum crusheing strength of 75 Kg/Sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials all opertional, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 501&504).Under brick work

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading -VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 & 400-2 of MoRT&H specification 401 (5th revision) including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site but excluding cost of seigniorage charges on materials and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of precast concrete blocks for paving of M-40 grade and thickness not less than 80 mm for Heavy traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification over 75 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand (dust), compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer through vibator compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extras sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge with approved colour,design & pattern for the finished item f work (TBSC-C.IX-03)

Providing and laying of precast concrete blocks for paving of M-35 grade and thickness not less than 60 mm for Heavy traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification over 75 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand (dust), compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer through vibator compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extras sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge with approved colour,design & pattern for the finished item f work (TBSC-C.IX-03)

Providing and laying of Precast Saucer drain of size 450x300x100mm thick as per the manufacturer's specification over compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the bedding layer as per required size and pattern, finishing etc., complete as per manufacturer's specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge with approved colour,design & pattern for the finished item f work

Manufacture supply delivery and fixing of MS gate of size 5x2.1m including cost and conveyance of hold pasts, all drops, all material and labour charges for fabrication and fixing for finished item of work.
