Supply of Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities, rated at 440V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement against defective capacitors in APFC panel- make standard

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by interconnection with necessary links/wires etc. as required at site to form capacitor banks of suitable rating as per requirement of individual stage to avoid frequent switching of capacitor banks and increase life of capacitors by reducing switching operations

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay with digital display of powerfactor and other parameters for replacement of defective APFC relay of capacitor panel having 12 Steps for giving signal to contactor coils for switching ON and OFF required number of capacitor banks of suitable rating to achieve target power , control voltage of APFC relay is 230 V and CT secondary ration is 5A -make STANDARD

Supply of panel locks for replacement against the defective broken locks resulting in ill-fitting of panel door and risk of moisture and vermin ingress in to the panel

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors up to 20 kVAr in replacement of defective contactor for switching of capacitor bank on receipt of signal from APFC relay-make L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of capacitor duty contactors for capacitors up to 30 kVAr in replacement of defective contactor for switching of capacitor bank on receipt of signal from APFC relay-make L&T/Schneider/Havells

Supply of 1.5 mm sq. multistrand copper wire for replacement of burnt out control wiring of various control circuits

Supply of 10 mm sq. multistrand copper wire for replacement of burnt out power wiring of various power circuits

Supply of TP MCB up to 32 A rating for replacement of defective MCB for protection of capacitor bank in each stage in APFC panel -make L&T/Havells/Schneider

Supply of TP MCB up to 63 A rating for replacement of defective MCB for protection of capacitor bank in each stage in APFC panel -make L&T/GE/Schneider

Supply of LED type Indication lights of various colours for indication of status of capacitor banks in replacement of defective lights- make FTC/Standard

Installation, of all components and termination of incoming/outgoing connections with copper wires, lugs tapes etc. and using necessary hardware for proper fitment of all components to ensure compatibility with the existing one as per available space as required at site

Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points , Decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts control circuit and power circuit wiring dressing and renovation of control and power terminations with lugs tapes etc. . as required at site

Testing & commissioning of APFC panel as per required parameters including following 1. Setting of APFC relay for target power factor 2. Meggering of all equipment’s for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth 3. All function tests 4. Monitoring of power factor during guarantee period

RENOVATION OF STATIC CAPACITOR BANKS OF TRANSFORMERS Dismantling of existing damaged capacitors, MCB , interconnection wires, lugs etc from the existing static capacitor banks of transformers etc. as required at site
