Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nets 8mm dia G.S paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.,

Providing and fixing ridges and hips in non-asbestos fibre cement high impact polypropleyene reinforced roofing with suitable fixing accessories or self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc., complete. Corrugated serrated adjustable ridges.

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give aneven shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary - Float glass panes of thickness 4mm

Providing and fixing CP brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS 8931 - 15mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing CP brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS 8931 - 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing and unplastisised PVC connection pipe with PTMT nuts of approved quality and colour 15 mm nominal bore with 30 cm length.

Providing and fixing CP brass pillar cock of approved quality - 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing in position G.I. elbow (UNIQUE/R Brand/HB Brand/UI Brand) conforming to IS 1239 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 32 mm dia.

Dismantling the damaged plastering in brick work without affecting the adjacent structures including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the building rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding

Providing cement plastering 1:4 over the exposed brick work of thickness 12-15 mm cement mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL at 500 gms per bag of cement rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excludes cost of cement and providing scaffolding.

Cleaning the exposed RCC surfaces thoroughly by washing the copious quantity of water, removing the rust and seals from exposed raftes and providing anticorrsive primer zinc Rich coating CERA ZINC ZR and cleaning the surface for adequate PH using phenolphalein indicator

Application of a bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polymer additive CERA POLYMER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufactures mix and application specification

Providing cement plastering 1:3 over the dismantled RCC portion upto a thickness 15-20mm with cemnt mortar admixed with CERA MICRO SEAL @ 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but exculdes the cost of cement and providing scaffolding
