PART - A (SUPPLY)

Supply of SS Hold Tank for Storage of AN/CN Melt of 103 KL capacity, MOC: SS-304 L (Bottom 8 mm, Shell 6 mm and Top 5 mm thick), size - 4500 mm dia X 6750 mm height, tank will be vertical, cylindrical flat bottom & conical self-supported roof with proper sand leveling, grouting along with Electrical Work and Piping Work with necessary fittings, accessories. The specifications and requirement of the Hold Tank and accessories will be as per the details mentioned in "Brief Scope of Work".

Supply of Electrical work – Laying of cable and electrical fixtures

Supply of SS piping of 50 NB dia long with necessary bends and fittings for Process Piping with heat tracing and insulation

Supply of Quick Release Coupling set (male and female) for 50 mm ID suitable for SS piping & Flexible Chemical Hose

Supply of SS304 Flanges 50 NB size for Process Piping

Supply of SS304 Valves 50 NB Size for Process Piping

Supply of Steam Transfer Piping of 50 NB MS IBR seamless pipe with insulation and with necessary flanges and pipe fittings from one point to Hold Tanks

Supply of 50NB valves for Steam Piping

Supply of CON. Reducer 50 x 40 NB, SS‐304L, #150

Supply of float type 25 NB Steam Traps

PART - B (INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING)
