Replacement of complete set of condenser coils (set of 14 nos.) of air cooled chiller plant (Make: Danhum Bush; Model: AFHX 230-5SR) including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of finned tube coil air cooled condenser, removing of refrigerant from the system with the help of Gas Recovery units, dismantalling & removal of existing condensor coil by disconnection from copper header, installation of new set of coils in existing frame, pressure testing of complete system, repairing of leakage if any, flushing of entire system, vaccummissing the system, charge the refrigerant, supply & toping up of fresh refrigerant as per system standards etc. complete as required including shifting of dismantalled material from site and handover to AAI store.

Supply, replacement, testing and commissioning of 50 mm thick metal viscous/ washable synthetic type air prefilters of following size and suitable for existing Air Handling Units (AHU make: Voltas) including shifting of existing filters from site and handover to AAI store etc. complete as required. Actual size of the filters and thier orientation may be verified from site before procurement.

Improvement of existing exhaust system of terminal building including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted exhaust unit having construction of 0.6 mm precoated GI sheet outside and plain 0.6 mm thick GI sheet inside with 25 mm thick puff insulation with smooth air inlets complete with static backward curve AMCA certified blower and belt drive package with drive motor of efficiency class IE3 suitable for 230 ± 10% volts, 50 Hz, single phase AC supply, necessary vibration isolation arrangment etc. complete as required and the job includes dismantling of existing exhaust blower assembly, modification existing duct, fabrication of GI ducting suitable for connection with existing duct, fabrication of fire retardent canvas connection, inlet & outlet exhaust air duct including GI Nut bolt, Gasket etc.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor, wall mounted, dust proof, vermin proof, cubical electrical DOL starter panel with protection MCB, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, Start/stop push bottom, ON/OFF indication lamp etc. suitable for above exhaust system motor including control wiring, etc. compelete as required.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 4 x 6 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade, PVC insulated, XLPE/PVC sheathed alluminium conductor power cable complete as required.

Supplying & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Return Air Grills with louvers but without volume control dampers complete as required.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.63 mm sheet
