SCHEDULE 'A' PART I Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 50 m but not exceeding 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations and filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART II Supply, instalation, testing and commissioning of submersible non clog water pump for pumping raw water with solid handling upto 45 mm suitable for the given duty points with and including motor complete all as specified and of following configuration:- (i) Discharge - 3620 litre per minute (ii) Head - 14 metre (iii) Speed - 1450 RPM (vi) Electric Motor of suitable capacity as per manufacturer of pump, working voltage range 380 to 440 volts, 50 Hz, IP 68, Insulation B class Make:- Kirloskar/ Crompton/ MBH Pumps

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items)

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

S&F flat Three Core PVC Insulated & PVC Sheathed copper conductor Industrial Cable for Submersible Pump Motors, 1100 Volt, size 10 sqmm, conforming to IS 694 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only in repair old serviceable GI pipe 100 mm bore with new fittings on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 150 mm bore, medium grade, flanged end pipe fixing on walls including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of DI pipe class K-7, dia 200 mm, flanged end pipe confirming to IS 8329:2000 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing DI Special fittings upto 200mm dia (any type, radius and angle) like collar, bends, tee, tail piece caps and pugs, single branch ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross, spigot & socket or taper and flanged, straight bend, increasing decreasing or double socket, reducer etc. all as per requires at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and Floor mounted LT panel Board 415 volts ,factory made , machine pressed , dust and vermin proof , cubical type , Indoor type made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet , LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with epoxy powder coating paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish , with rubber beading , including Bus Bar chamber with aluminium bus bar of minimum rating 400 Amp capacity , 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator , including all connections / control wiring incoming / outgoing with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable of 1100 / 650 volt grade ,Necessary spares such as glands, thimbles , lugs, nuts, bolts etc comprising of following accessories including testing complete all as specified and directed and suitable for operation of 02 Nos of pumpset and inclusive of following items:- (a) MCCB 200 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 KA - 01 Nos (Incomer) (b) MCCB 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 KA - 02 Nos (Outgoing) (c) Digital type voltmeter - 01 No (d) Digital type ammeter - 03 No (e) Star delta starter with single phase protection suitable for 15 KW/ 20 HP pumpset - 02 Nos (f) Indicating lamps -03 Nos (RYB) & 04 Nos (pumpsets on/off) and push buttons

S&F GI pipe 25 mm bore light grade including fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS framed work such as , bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections ( Beam , tee, angle, channel, flat iron , MS pipe and flanges including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing with galvenized iron plate electorde of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level sourrounded from all sides with alternate layers of coal dust and common salt, connected to and incl GI strip of size 32x6 mm earth lead connected by means of MS bolts, nuts washer & check nuts etc conneted to earth test point/main control board incl 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to extent 7.5 mtr as earthing lead and GI pope 20 mm bore for watering including proviuding funnel and wire mesh, 10mm thick CI cover hanged to CFI frame PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded sone aggregates complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete( Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.) complete all as specified and directed.
