Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying cable/pole foundation/stay assembly and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point all as specified.

Material and labour for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old liad dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE LT Cable of size 120 Sq mm 3½ core insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminious road/ hard standing/PCC path/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 10cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay/fix along wall/pole GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down old U/S pipecomplete all as specified and directed .-

Removing the existing hinges by cutting and supply and fixing of new hinges all as per existing size

Painting of LT panel board/feeder pillar boxes with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paints over a coat of red oxide primer matching existing colour after scrapping the old paint by means of emery paper and cleaning with thinner including necessary markings/sign writing etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewiring the LT cubical type panel by means of PVC insulated multi strandard copper wire of existing size including replacing unserviceable connectors, fastners etc,etc after taking out the old unserviceable wiring all as directed.

Material and labour for cement Painting of PCC pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of cement colour after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket to painted with one coat of Aluminium paint. Cement colour will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each) Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair the MCCB of capacity 40 A to 63 A, 415 Volts 4 pole with bracking capacity 16KA in LT panel boards / feeder pillar boxes including disconnecting and removing existing from electric connection including necessary connected fastners, burnt cables, accessories like spreader ,cages etc all as per site requirement / existing make /model,all as specifed and as directed.

All as per item No 41 above but of size 100A 415 Volts 4 pole with breacking capacity 16 KA

All as per item No 41 above but of size 125A 415 Volts 4 pole with breacking capacity 16 KA

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supplying, transporting, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged welded pole of over all height 9.00 m long complete type 410-SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 (Part I to III 1998 with cast iron base plate, finial tapper plug cap, bolt, nut and washer etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Pole upto 1.5 m top of copping shall be painted with 2 coats of block and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour in replacement of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nut, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint.

Make : Legrand/ Schneider/Indo Asian or equivalent approved make. Cost of Items extra accessories for fixing of MCCB shall be includes in items rates. (3) Rates of lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable shall be includes in items rates.

Repair Maintenance of Servo Voltage stabilizers oil cooled of 200 KVA any make with complete calibration of systems including all parameteras per manufacturere degign servicing rectification of defect by replacing minor parts etc, and major parts shall be measured as supply only under but relevant scheduled while servicing once in three months all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note - Quaterly service report shall be submit to AGE E/M office for record.

Filtration of transformer oil of Servo Voltage stabilizers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 40 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant for checking BDB test for 60 Sec with stand the Servo Voltage stabilizers oil of any capacity to authorised value 45 to 60 KV using standard oil test kit as per result as IS 335-1972 , testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary conections to filteration plant from Servo Voltage stabilizers and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (b) Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made available free of cost. (c) The dielectric strength value of the Servo Voltage stabilizersr oil shall be tested affter filtration as specified and directed.(d) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment.

Supply and topping up or replacement of servo voltage stabilizer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the body tank of the stabilizer etc at varrious locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement, sheet metal enclosure distribution box double door type suitable for MCCB 4 way TPN 415 volts vertical type 4 pole fixed flush type to wall, including 200 Amps bus bar,neutral bar standard DIN rail ,earth bar and cable tier for cable arrangement top and bottom removable gland plate and suitable for in and including taking down old enclosure complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rates of MCCB to be paid in respective itmes.

Cutting/trimming of tree branches of any size resting/interrupting the LT over head line any number of conductors span length between 45 to 50 M cutting clearing 2 m all around the conductor and removing the tree branches from site all as directed

Material and Labour restringing of LT ACSR OH line conductors up to permissible sag after dismantling the binding wires from insulators and jumper connections complete for the following and providing 4 wire only (three phase and neutral) with new aluminium conductor binding wire to insulators and Jumpers etc all as directed.

Material and labour for Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including necessary galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 50 mm height 65 mm dia for 550 volts grade

Material and labour in replacement of Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) as in overhead conductor to be on O/H line on poles including provision of aluminium tapes for binding all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Weight of ACSR conductor shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between two adjacent pole and computing the weight of conductors based on size and length provided and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc complete all as specifed and as directed..

Suppy and fix PVC spacers 4way for LT OH line 1100 volts grade with necessary screw nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as a preventive arrangment to existing system including removal of unservicable spcers complete all as specified and as directed.
