The rate is also inclusive of placing, sectioning and finishing with necessary equipment and devices and hire and operational changes of tools and plants etc. ( The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) laden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Formation of Armour Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from upto 2T having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Providing concrete Tetra pod weighing 4T in plain cement concrete M35 grade including, casting, finishing and curing, transporting placing in position as per approved design and slope over a Armour layer of rubble mounded Break water.complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per the drawings and specifications and as per the condition laids in special conditions.

Formation of Toe Berm Layer for rubble mound Breakwater with hard blue granite stone of weight ranging from upto 1T having a specific gravity of not less than 2.65 and as nearly cubical as possible as per approved design and drawing. The rate is inclusive of quarrying, loading at quarry using crane and other tools and plants as required, transporting by tippers/ lorries weighing on the electronic weigh bridge for measurement, Unloading/dumping placing in position to required level, profile and finishing the side slopes of 1 : 2 using crane and floating equipment and devices as per the drawing and specification etc., complete and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The rate is inclusive of placing sectioning and finishing with necessary equipments and devices and hire and operational charges of tools and plants etc. (The payment shall be made on weight basis (ie) ladden weight minus unladden weight). The contractor has to make his own arrangements for weigh bridge.

Deepening and dredging the Shore area (Removal of sand) at Amalinagar or navigation of fishing boats with required depth in all types of soil as existing at site including loose or compacted sand, silt mixed with / without clay or sofy clay or anyother soft materials including boulders spilled cargoes and any broken concrete pieces/debris and foreing materials like fishing nets, broken pieces or mechanised boats etc but including hard rock by suitable methods acceptable to the Engineer using Grab Dredger or cuttersuction Dredger or cranes or poclain mounted on pontoon for grabbing and sufficient number of bargesfor dumping transporting and disposal without disturbing / damaging the existing structures including removal and conveying the dredged materials and dumpingin the designated area to the required quantity and surplus dredged soils dumping areas as per the instructionsfrom the Engineer including all lead lift.

Supplying and fabricating of mild steel liner of 600mm dia with ms sheet of 6mm thick including transporting , bending of liner to the required shape and size including welding with standard electrode and required thickness of welding continuously to full length as directed by departmental officers

Installing pitching and driving mild steel 6mmthick liner of 600mm inner dia in fine sand of clay & in all type of soil including all incidental charges machinary charges and labour for holding in vertical aligment in position for 600mm dia bored cast in situ pile etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Boring through the 600mm dia liner tube in all type of soil strata including sea silt or clay sand and weathered rock. The rate should include the removal of bored material, cleaning the loose particles, bailing chiseling and taking all measures to retain the sides and prevent necking of line from bed level excluding installing of lines & driving of liners etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 (M.Thirty only) by weight basis using ordinary port land cement (OPC) 43 Plinth confirming to IS 8112 and as per table 5 of BIS-456-2000 with minimum cement concrete of 380 Kg/M3 (Three hundred and Eighty kilogram) and Plinthd course aggregate using 20mm and 12mm gauge HBG stone jelly in the ratio of 70:30 (Seventy part of 20mm and thirty part of 12mm stone jelly) with maximum water cement ratio of 0.45 and using Superplasticizer 250 ml per 50Kg of cement but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and form work etc. complete complying with standard specification. Labour Charges for Welding, cutting and Removal of Linear tube including cost of materials for cutting and welding as directed by the departmental officers to a hight of 1.25 mtr

Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 600mm dia pile to the required length of using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the use for any thickness of walls.

Earthwork excavation for foundation and basement in all classes of soils, sub soils and ordinary soil loose soil, in Sand, Silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS 20.B wet sand except hard rock requiring blasting with an initial lead of 10M and lift of 2 M including shoring, strutting and bailing and water strutting and bailing and water wherever necessary and refilling the side of foundation with excavated earth laid in layers of not more that 15 cm thick well watered and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth as directed by the department officers etc., complete as per standard specifications - Narrow cutting.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete.
