Removing/taking down of old water proofing treatment from roof/concrete surface removal to distance exc 250mtr and not exxc 500mtr from the site & cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc all as directed by EIC.

M&L for bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick finished fair and even in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (liquid WPC shall be measured seperatly).

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for Unapproachable RCC roof:- (a) Cleaning plastered roof surface and applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3 kg/Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric waterproofing membrane weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm with centre core as100 micron HMHDPE film. The centre core is sandwiched on both sides by high quality polymeric mix with properties of high softening point. The polymeric mix is protected on both sides with 20 microne HMHDPE film with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be selaed by flame complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (c) M&L for applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2Kg per sqm including cleaning surface. (d) M&L for applying protective coating with bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.2kg per sqm in two coats compete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty /wooden beads in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
