M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7-8 mm thick, area of tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 on stone masonry wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36sqm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring of size 550mm x 550mm, 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & mirror polishing in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, reflective type interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bansum/Sal 35mm thick, factory made, plain framed, paneled shutter (Three panels) with panels of 9mm thick BWP grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive conforming to IS-710. The size of rails & style shall be as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated complete all as per specified and directed.

S & F second class HW Hollock/Bansum/Sal, 35 mm thick, glazed and skeleton shutters, factory made open rebated (Three panels)and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc with out sash bar, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass etc. Size of members of shutter shall be as specified in SSR 1991 Part-I, section 8 clause Member shall be kiln seasoned & chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded. sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings on page 156 of SSR Part - II 2010 complete all as specified and directed. S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam colour sheet PVC Sheet reinforced with M.S square tube, fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.
