Demolition of brickwork of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof, floor beam, staircase, landing, chajja and similar suspended works complete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc complete all as specified & directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for Path & hardstanding etc complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hard-core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying average 30 mm thick sand cushioning under interlocking paver blocks and joint filling with sand etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade concrete, factory made rubberised coloured (laminated) pre-cast interlocking paver block of approved shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 (using PVC mould &vibro compaction method) (topping thickness not less than 5mm) in grey cement and non fadable glossy pigment of approved shade, laid in path & hard standing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Paver blocks shall be tested in NABL approved laboratory for grade of concrete and test certificate shall be produced by the contractor before incorporation in the work

M&L for plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on wall, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies and in shelves etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement & formwork will be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ

M &L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in panels and joints filled with mix of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roofs/floors/sunken floors finished even & smooth with using extra cement & mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound will be measured & paid under respective item of Schedule 'A'

Use and waste of form work (flat) for rough finished surfaces to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, cantilevers, shelves including supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Over Head Tank (OHT) platform, haunching for manhole, over chajja, cills and other similar work etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work using sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour & texture of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 1st quality non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour & texture of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone (any type of work, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, cooking platform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including drilling hole for gas pipe for cooking/kitchen platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring etc set & jointed in cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding, rubbing, polishing over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 12 to 15 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in treads & risers of steps, skirting, dado, pillars etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including, grinding rubbing, polishing over & including 10 mm thick screed/backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified& directed. Note : Single piece pre-polished Kota stone slab with bull nosing shall be provided in steps for treads & risers.

(c) Laying of 15 mm thick cement screed/plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over chemical treatment. Note:- Continuity with cementitious waterproofing water proofing treatment beyond sunken portion in toilet/ bathroom shall be maintained.

M&L for lime concrete with 40 mm graded stone aggregate with lime mortar in 1:3 as in filling of sunken floor complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floor under tiled surface of toilet & bathroom through approved applicator of the following manufacturer and specification complete all as specified and directed. Manufacturer: Dr Fixit / Fosroc/ CICO/ STP Ltd (a) Preparation of PCC floor surface to make them free from all loose mortar/stone chips while brushing of cement slurry. (b) Apply two coats of water proofing treatment by brush with a specified gap between two coats by mix of two compounds (one cementitious dry and another liquid) in suitable ratio as per manufacturer's instructions. (c) 10 mm thick cement screed/plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over a layer of water proofing treatment Note:- While fixing of tile in toilet floor, tile shall be laid and fixed with the help of spacer 2-3 mm and joint shall be sealed with epoxy based joint sealing compound including junction of wall & floor to match the shade of tiles.

Demolition of cement concrete in roof including plastering and leeping including cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush thoroughly to remove old dirt / loose particles to expose clean concrete slab clean with watering etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer bedded in cement mortar on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry in 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding for leveling of roof top using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, surface finished even & rough to receive screed bed etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for priming with bituminous primer over roof surface @ 0.25 Ltr/ Sqm over a cleaned roof surface and applying one coat of bitumen painting with hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg / Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( weight not less than 150 gm/ Sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application by the approved applicator as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & directed
