Balance work for Modification of existing Brick Perimeter wall with RCC structure from Tarapur Gate to Coke Oven Gas holder

• The bidder should fulfill the following technical eligibility criteria:

(1) The agency should have successfully completed Civil work involving RCC Work/ PCC work /Building work under any PSU/ Govt. Organizations/ Public Limited Companies during last 7 (seven) years. (Ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tender is invited) should be either of the following:-

i. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.329.65 Lakh (incl. of 18% GST)

OR

ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.206.03 Lakh each (incl. of 18% GST)

OR

iii. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.164.82 Lakh each (incl. of 18% GST)

The following documents (duly Notarized) to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

a) Copy of Purchase Order/ Contract Copy/ Work Order issued by the Client.

b) Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job completion Certificate/ Performance Certificate from the Client for the work/ works.

c) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.

(2) Consortium bidding is not allowed.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 should not be less than

Rs.123.62 Lakh.

The following documents to be submitted in support of financial eligibility:

Notarized copies of audited balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2024 having valid UDIN.

The turnover certificates and audited financial statements certified by a practicing chartered accountant having Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) should be submitted by bidder in support of the above
