Digging out and removing sunken filling and depositing the same at a distance and removing of debris out side of MOD land 5km to 10km all complete.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 10mm thick rendering on concrete/brick surface in CM (1:4) duly mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply onle water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of NITOBOND SBR polymer modified coating to a thickness of 1mm, 1st Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Water 2 Ltrs, Cement 3 Kg) Second Coat (Nitobond SBR Chemical 1 ltr, Cement 3 Kg) applied thoroughly without any traces of dirt or laitance as in sunken floors complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall includng dismantling of old unserviceable PVC pipe complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore complete includng dismantling of old unserviceable PVC bends complete all as directed.
