M & L for Preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surfaces by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old distemper surface by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and painted surface and applying one coat oil bound emulsion on wall surfaces white or tinted by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No - 2 above but one coat of Oil bound distemper on ceiling surface complete all as specified

Complete removal of existing finishes on wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer including chalk whitning by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girthnot otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enammel paint with spray painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No-5 above but on steel surfaces

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc & prepare to receive new plaster with spray painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement in ceiling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including balance area complete removal by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coat of Oil bound distemper on ceiling surface by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removing of existing treatment on wall surface and applying two coat of OBD with birla white care Putty on wall obtain smooth finish etc by using roller brush complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of old plaster surface of wall applying one coats of Appx exterior emulsion paint (Asain paint) on wall surfaceswith spray painting machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation and writing letters or figures (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30 CM heinght on plaster/concrete wall/path over coat of ACE as matching with existing pattern complete all as specified & directed

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium (sliding/ hanging/ fixed type) windows/ventilator with frame size 60x40x2.00mm thick and shutter with section bearing bottom 25x18x1.50, top 39.4x17.7 X1.50 mm ( suitable for moving over three track fixed over top of frame work , top and side section of size 61.6 x 31.75x1.5mm and bearing bottom track of size 61.6x 31.75x1.5mm or fixing with hinges including necessary aluminium jointing cleats, glazing cleats, rubber packing anodised snape beading, screws etc with 5mm thick sun control plain glass in panels incl all fitting and fixture complete all as spesified and directed .

S & F Glazed and skeleton shutters rebated and prepare to receive glass gauge, etc., (with sash bars) size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part-I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats, thickness of shutters 35 mm thick of second class hardwood

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as specified and directed including making good to the surfaces.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail ; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, supply & fixing in the frame at site as per SSR specifications & diagram/product drawing shown on sl page NO 146 of SSR Part II with the size of door shutter as required & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone concrete or brick surround, glazed with putty or fixed with beads exc. 1.5 sqm complete all as spd & directed.

S&F 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in Sqm n.exc. 0.5 Sqm each pane complete all as spd & directed.

S&F in Repair galvanized aluminium alloy wire cloth 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized with aluminium wire stapples complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F POP false cornoces matching with existing POP false ceiling and wall putty (1:10) and applying two coats of oil bound distemper incl chalk whitening and priming in alkali restant incl preparing the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in position premium sand texured finished mineral fibre acoustical ceilling tiles of size 600x600x16mm thick and placed on GI Grid powder coated snap grid ceilling,600x600 module consisting of wall angle section 19x19mmand tee dction with web height of 38mm and flange 15mm (colour white) (having rotary stiching on all T-section) with suspension system as shown in Sketch 'B' and as approved by GE including taking down old false ceiling. Note:- (i) Ceiling tiles shall be of make Armstrong brand "Dune RH99 (Bevelled/Tegullar)" or equivalent brand of make as specified in Appendix 'B' to particular specifications.(ii) Thickness of GI section shall not be less than 3mm ans shall be procured from the tile manufacturer.(iii) Section and hanging system shall have galvanizing of minimum 90 grams per sqm and of same make of tile. (iv) Work shall be executed by the manufacturer's authorised Vendor.

Note :- Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items of this schedule. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material.
