Construction of 100 KLD STP at transit Accomodation Chowgam

(I)Design , Supply, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of the complete Sewage Network for conveyance of wastewater up to the STP, including pipes, fittings, manholes, chambers, and all associated civil works, complete in all respects in EPC Mode.All necessary excavation, backfilling, bedding, road restoration, and appurtenances shall be included to deliver a fully functional, complete in all respects as per scope & specifications given in Section A of Annexure C. (II) Design, supply, , installation, testing, and commissioning of all electro-mechanical equipment required for the STP, including pumps, blowers, mixers, diffusers,PSF, ACF, Disinfection, Dosing system, sludge handling systems, valves, actuators, instrumentation, automation, Control Panels, Servo, system piping, Lifting equipment and associated accessories, complete in all respects on EPC Mode. All equipment shall be suitably rated for the specified capacity and operating conditions, provided with necessary protections, and integrated with the electrical and PLC based automation system for efficient and reliable operation. The work shall also include all cabling, interconnections,earthing, supports,illumination and appurtenances required for a fully functional system, complete in all respects, in accordance with the Scope and Specifications given in Section B of Annexure C. (III) Design, Supply, construction, testing, and commissioning of all civil works for the 100 KLD MBBR-based Sewage Treatment Plant on EPC basis, complete in all respects. The scope shall include Site Clearance, RCC tanks/Chambers and process units, Ancilliary Building(s)( for operators,equipment(requiring indoor installation), control panels,laboratory , Chemical storage), machine foundations, interconnecting pipelines, disposal lines, canopies and associated site development works. All works shall be executed as per approved designs, ensuring structural integrity, water tightness, durability, and compatibility with electro-mechanical systems, complete in all respects, in accordance with the Scope and Specifications given in Section C of Annexure C. (Iv) Operation & Maintenance (O&M): Operation and maintenance of the 100 KLD STP for a period of 02 (two) years from the date of successful completion of 60 days Trial Run , including deployment of required manpower, supply of consumables and chemicals, routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of all civil, electro-mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. The Contractor shall ensure continuous and efficient operation of the plant, maintaining the specified effluent quality standards at all times, and shall hand over the plant in fully functional condition at the end of the O&M period complete in all respects, in accordance with the Scope and Specifications given in Section D of Annexure C.
