Comprehensive maintenance for diesel engine driven generating set by carrying out routine 'A' check and 'B' check as recommended by the respective manufacturer of following capacity DG sets complete including cost of minor items like petroleum jelly, grease, nut bolts etc during routine AMC checks once in every month and attending unlimited breakdown calls. Note :- (a) Engine oil , radiator coolant oil ,filters required during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing those spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (b) Required T& P shall be arranged by the Contractor at site. (c) List of checks to be carried out under 'A' and 'B' check is attached as Appendix 'A'

Dismantling the radiator and cooler of DG sets for 82.5 kv DG set removing all scales from the pipes by pressure washing and by using suitable solutions, checking for leakage, ,arresting leakage if any by welding / brazing , finishing, drying and refixing , filling coolant and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Necessary coolant and distilled water required will be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after).

Supply and fix in replacement of Battery 12 Volt 100 AH complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Battery terminal heavy duty 1 mtr long standard copper cable with brass clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Engine oil SAE 15W40 high quality suitable for Ashok Leyland make DG set .Make : Servo Super / Gulf Leypower XLL Diesel Engine Oil

Supply only Coolant oil heavy duty suitable for Ashok Leyland DG set. Make: Ley Power Coolant 5000/ TVS Girling Vericool Radiator Coolant Concentrate

Supply only Distilled water suitable for DG Set.

Dismantling the fuel pump from the Engine, transporting to the service center and complete servicing and overhauling of the pump including replacement of service kit ,element, delivery valve, plunger, copper washer etc all as required including re-calibration, refixing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the water pump from the Engine and supply and fixing new water pump of existing size and testing including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Tubular GI pole of 6 m height dia 63 mm dia and 2 mm thick for fixing all in one solar lights complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting the steel surface after preparation of the surface , applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for laying pipes and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete in foundations, 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable battery box , solar panel, light fitting and battery, battery enclosure and pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for surface preparation of painted surface and fixing four alternate layers of retro reflective tapes with each layer of height 6 cm fixed all around the circumference of the solar light pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : The colour of retro-reflective stickers will be decided by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Necessary excavation, earthwork, and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Necessary excavation, earthwork, and cable protection shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Spreading of riddled earth obtained from trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Only punned thickness of riddled earth shall be measured)

Supply and lay bricks in trenches , common burnt clay building bricks, subclass `B’ designation 75, old size ,with width equal to the length of the brick; laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy saving LED street light fittings,35 Watts or nearest higher wattage, with in-built electronic driver, IP 65 class of protection with versatile pressure die-cast aluminium housing parts, pure polyester powder coated dark gray housing, toughened glass cover with silicon gaskets and energy efficient LED including all accessories and dismantling of old unserviceable fitting for taking into credit complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in replacement PVC insulated two single core 1.5 sqmm FRLS copper conductor and one run of 1.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including 20mm dia heavy duty non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i)Two runs of 1.5 Sqmm of PVC insulated single core, one run of 1.5 sqmm earth conductor and PVC conduit will be measured as one RM.

Supply and fixing in replacement pole mounting type FRP cable looping box with connector of inside dimension 250mm x 250mm x 160mm with 40 x 6mm flat iron including suitable brass gland, lugs etc and terminal box to be fixed on pole with suitable fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of GI bracket made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe length 1.50m, bent to an angle of 30 degree and fixed with 40mm x 6mm flat iron, including suitable 02 set of clamps with nut , bolts ,and washers for fixing of light to pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate for making good the disturbed road surface after laying of pipe line over returned filled and compacted earth surface to match with existing road level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 15 AMP, in the MCB DB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 40mm bore `light grade` galvanised tubes with all fitting, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement 150 W LED search light long range type, 230 V suitable for fixing in watch tower cabin , weather, vermin and dust proof swiveling type with stainless steel body , tripod and glass reflectors, suitable driver and other controlling accessories. Make : SIGMA Range 500 m

Supply and fix in replacement of highbay LED Luminaries, 100 watts in the hangar at height 10 meter from ground complete all as specified and as directed. Makes: Philips/Jaquar/GE

Material and labour for preparation of old surface shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement based paint all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom, class 10 complete including disconnecting existing cable in the old pole, keeping it safely for taking into credit and reconnecting the cable after installing the new pole along with new lugs all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for poles including form work and fair finishing to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement LED post top lantern 20 watts or nearest higher wattage , with IP 65 protection with accessories and connecting up light fitting with copper conductor cable of suitable size from junction box to connector block and dismantling of old unserviceable conventional fitting for taking into credit complete all as specified and directed.
