Dismantling the delivery pipe line of submersible pump set from water mains, Lifting / taking out of GI column pipes of 50 mm dia / 80mm dia Submersible cable / defective Submersible pump set from bore well for repairs and lowering of repaired submersible pump set with GI column pipe 50 mm dia / submersible cable etc complete in the bore well at various sites under GE (AF) Thanjavur, complete upto 110mtrs deep all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric power supply and opening the centrifugal monoblock pump set of capacity 5-10 HP including opening the Pump checking the serviceability of spares and replacing minor spare parts such as gasket, gland packing, cleaning, painting, greasing, varnishing, reconnecting and testing including writting machine number on body complete. motor and pump painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved quality and shade as specified below all as specified and directed:- (a) Motor and pump - Smoke Grey colour (b) Coupling guard and motor air grill - Post office Red colour. (c) Suction line and delivery line in side pump house - Navy blue colour for fresh water pipe lines. (d) Writing SM/MES No 25 mm wide in white colour on motor and pump.

M & L for slushing/ flushing of accumulated soil from borewell 150 mm dia & depth up to 120m by using compressed air / special tools / tackles accessories all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor with fuel / special tools / Accessories including transportation of the same & Labour charges, for specially trained man power for the work of desilting of bore well .

Supply and fix in repairs borewell cap made out of 5 mm thick MS plate for 250 mm ERW MS pipe and all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering including fixing with MS clamp made of 60mm X 6 mm flat iron with pumps / motor down / sling 8m dia complete all as specified.

Carrying out yield test of bore well continuously for 12 hours all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and reassembling the following submsersible pumpset and centrifugal monoblock pump set and after rewinding of motor with suitable size of submersible winding wire/ repairing of pump of different capacity of any model/ make including cleaning, painting, greasing and varnishing replacement of wornout nut & bolts etc:- Note:- (i) Spare/Items/Parts for repairing submersible pump set shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as supply only. (ii) Cost of item/parts which are not covered in sch `A' but are necessary for satisfactory functioning of the pump set shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Removing the unserviceable automatic DOL starter by disconnecting electric supply and provision of new DOL Starter for Centrifugal pump set 3 phase 415V relay range 11-18 amps all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3 phase contactor, range 32A suitable for Star Delta Starter.

All as per Srl item No. 10 here-in-before but contactor range 25A make L&T ML 1.5 FASD or equivalent in Havells/crompton greaves/Cutler hammer all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of 3 phase contactor suitable for DOL Starter all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of relay range 20-32 amps suitable for Star Delta Starter ML-2 FASD all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.13 here-in-before but relay range 10-16amps all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 mm X600 mm X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connectd to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead means of nuts and bolts, wahser made out of copper of tinned brass and protection GI pipe of 25mm dia all as specified and testing complete including earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover with handle, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering with GI funnel wire mesh, salt, charcoal, lugs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate if inclusive of earth work and excavatioin in any strata, PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 RCC cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars both ways at 140mm centre to centre.

Supply and fixing in repairs of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat, submersible cable with copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 6.0 sqmm all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pressure guage 0 to 100 Kg/sq cm 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED security Lights 30W with best in class design & robust heat sink along with class leading IP, IK & Surge protections for long lasting performance.and integrated electronic driver with 25 mm GI bracket for fixing of street light with 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for electric connection including clamps , nuts , bolt , washer and sintex FRP box including taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed as per Havells Cat Part.No: LHEXAYP7PN6K030, 30W LED 6500 Kor Equivalent in Philips & CG.

Supply of Rubber gasket suitable for flanges 2 to 6 inch and 4 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing in trenches using clean dry river/crushed sand for cable cushoining all as specified and as directed. Note:- For the measurement only punned thickness only will be considered payment.

Supply and lay well burnt bricks sub class B, old size in trenches for cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Returning & filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

S & F in replacement of heavy duty GI pipe 65mm for suction line including fitting complete all as directed.

Material and labour for servicing, repair & welded with suitable guage MS sheet/ channel, repair replacemnt to hinge and repair of locking arrengement and painting of LT panel board/ bore well panel board with two coat of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer to external surfaces including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix, replacement of wornout unserviceable column pipe of 65 mm dia UPVC column pipe with ISO 9001:2015 certified standard DN(75mm OD) high tech , hi tensile column pipes suitable for submersible pump with maximum delavary pressure 16 Kgf/cm² including all fittings at one end all as specified and directed

Supply & fix, replacement of wornout unserviceable column pipe and 50 mm dia UPVC column pipe with ISO 9001:2015 certified standard DN(60mm OD) high tech , hi tensile column pipes suitable for submersible pump with maximum delavary pressure 20 Kgf/cm² including all fittings at one end all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repairs gun metal foot valve 65mm dia for 5 HP Centrifugal pump set suction line (65mm GI pipe) with gasket complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repairs CI body foot valve ball type with threaded end 65mm dia for 10 HP Centrifugal pump set suction line (80 mm GI pipe) with gasket complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from PVC over head tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. washed with bleaching powder complete of PVC OH Tank capacity upto 500 ltr & including writing tank capacity, cleaned on date, due on date on out side surface complete all as directed.

S&F Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100V grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two runs of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100V grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 32 mm dia pvc conduit and conduit accessories all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs float valve (Ball brass valves) high pressure of PTMT, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
