Supply, installing, commissioning and testing of outdoor type, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 cycles, oil immersed, naturally air cooled, core type. LT, 433 volts, step down, copper wound 630 KVA capacity transformer in accordance with vector group Dyn ll with neutral brought out on LV side as per IS 1180, including all fittings and consisting of the following acessories complete all as specified and directed:- a) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. b) Two earthing terminlas for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing. c) Lifting lugs. d) Drain valve with plug or cover plate. e) Dehydrating breather. f) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum Marking. g) Cooling Radiator. h) Thermometer pocket. j) Conservator k) Oil filling hole with cover. l) Air release device with conservators. m) Filter valves n) Rollers as per manufacturer's design. o) Thermometer dial type.

Note: (i) Brickwork and PCC for foundation and platform of size (3mtr x 3mtr x 1mtr) including excavation, PCC block Mansonary , moorum filling, plastering, compaction of mooram/earth is deemed to be inclusive of the quoted rate, (ii) The Transformer shall be got inspected and tested at site by the SEI and the records of the testing shall be signed by the rep of A.O., GE, Engr-in-Charge and the contractor. (iii) All the arrangements and testing equipments etc, for testing as per note above shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (iv) Factory inspection of transformers shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer, contractor shall be given 45 days for the same. (v) Contractor shall submit detailed specifications, diagram for approval of Accepting Officer.

Supplying and laying ISI Marked un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supplying and laying un-reinforced ISI marked precast concrete cable cover, class I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for LT cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone agrregates as in pedestal of pole/ strut and in copping including necessary form work and finishing exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement all as directed by engineer in charge .

Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type outdoor, free floor standing factory fabricated made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN aluminium bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer MCCB / ACB. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders alongwith aluminium bus bar on incoming and outgoing end for MCCB rating 63 Amps and above. The cubicle shall have a detachable bottom stand made out of equal angle 50mmx50 mmX6mm . A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side, The Panel shal be manucatured from CPRI approved manufacturerof makes stipulated. The cost is inclusive of taking down of existing panel, disconnecting existing cables, reconnecting the cables with lugs & glands, Excavation, PCC Foundation complete all as specified and directed

M & L for LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less than 255 mm x 355 mm x 122 mm suitable for Cable Size 16 to 50 sqmm. The Junction Box shall be rated for Protection IP 65 including one No. 4 pole connector and 2 Nos 06 Amp MCB, clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions
