Taking out/stiping out of loose/damaged/broken concrete of all existing roof treatment including concrete padding and benching including hacking for key, scrubbing down with water for receiving plaster without damaging existing serviceable structure complete to receive new roof treatment including rubbish off the premises upto a distance exc 250 mtr but n.exc 500 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The serviceable treatment should not be disturbed during taking out of damage roof treatment. The new treatment shall be bonded monolathic and tasted accordingly before completion of work).

M&L for rendering 20mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:4) mixed with acrylic polymer water resistant chemical (Shali Crete R/Dr Fixid as plastering liquid water proofer) finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Prpportion of mix and method of mixing of approved liquid water proofer admixture should be applied as per manufacturer's printed instructions)

M&L for providing APP based membrane roof treatment in layers with the following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen primer evenly @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as priming coat to prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporate completely. The overlap shall be min 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (Note: the work in respect of water proofing treatment shall be carried out only by authorized/approved applicator of the manufacturer/firms of app membrane. the contractor shall produced the evidence in support of work carried out by the authorized applicator is approved by manufacture./firms before claiming payments complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level unreinforced complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete for one light point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch/ bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl concealed MS sunken box of suitable size flush with wall surface, covered with & incl 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet / Gang box for top cover suitable for fixing of piano type switches / sockets etc, complete all as specified and directed for the following :- (Note : The cost of MS sunken box with 3 mm thick bakelite, laminated hylem sheet top cover is deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
