BOQ (CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING WITH SMART PERIODICAL METHODOLOGY TO EXTERNAL SURFACES OF BUILDING IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STATION SURATGARH )

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish from the premises etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rough cast plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate of size 6mm to 8mm as directed, mixed with coarse sand, fine sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1, finished even rendereing with under coat 15mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for raking out joints & flush pointing in Cement mortar 1:3 to brick tiles laid flat, in roots etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc by scaping and sanding with mechanical wall sandar (having mechanical vaccum mechanism with dust carrying bag) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of diameter of 7"/9" using a 80 grit anding paper to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm over prepared surface as in previous item complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltr per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressurer of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats. Note:- (a) The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust,lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush ,washed well and allow water to dry.

M&L for two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint over the newly prepared wall surface (plain/Camouflage pattern) of approved colour with silicon additives, with heat Reflectant property and excellent protection against UV attack with VOC less than 50 gram/litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algae properties in two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with airless spray machine of paint application with a flow rate of 2L per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Note : Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.
