Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250mm thick spectification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base, base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and as per technical specification clause 406 of Morth REV - 5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM / WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers and as per Clause 502 of MORTH Rev - 5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over WBM / WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RSI) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. as per Clause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20 cum of 26.50 to 13.20 mm, 0.43 cum of 13.20 to 2.36 mm and 0.08 cum of 2.36 mm & below size IRC metal with 37 Kgs of VG 30 / VG 40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20/30 tonne capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc ., including labour for attending to paver to site etc ., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20/30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc ., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat (Type - A) to 20mm thick using 0.18cum to 13.20mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and 0.09 cum of 6.70mm IRC metal with 24.40 kgs of VG 30 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregrate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 - 30 tonne CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 504 of MORTH Rev-5.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement and trenches with FILLING M.SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION and flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING,PLINTH BEAM & SILL BEAMS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel / ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position, cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance etc. in all floors. Complete complying with standard specfication and as directed by the departmental officers..

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three P.sand) 12 mm., thick in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC PIPES (Like Finolex or equivalent) and best variety conforming to I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accssories necessary for fixing in position etc., Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
