Taking down carefully existing copper /aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete from surface wiring or from concealed wiring including fittings and fixtures such as switches ceiling roses socket, regulator etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc to match with the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS-694 and marked, with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size rigid PVC conduit along with fittings and all accessories, fixed /laid/concealed in walls/ceilings including cutting chases and making good to walls, floors etc, including 1.5 sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, copper cable green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, fabricated/pressed steel terminal box made out of 1.60mm thick modular bottom sunken type, suitable modular top cover with frame, number of modules as required complete all as specified and as directed for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one one way switch.

All as per item No. 16 here-in-before but for 3 pin, 5 Amps socket outlet controlled by one, one way switch on independent board.
