PCC 1:2:4 RMC M15using 20mm max. size aggregate.Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graced stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation using vibrator & needle if required finishing, curing, form work shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specification and in quantity as & when required by the Engineer-in-Charge,

225mm thick SOLING: Providing & laying rubble stone soling using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness 225MM with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (The compacted thickness of stone soling laid shall be measured for payment.)

BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

Plaster 20mm thick for wall:Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Paver block : Providing & laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block heavy duty of M-30 grade made by block making machine with stong vibratory compaction and approved size and design/shape laid in requred colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand filling the joints with coarse sand etc., a;; complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling murrum bought from outside:Filling under floors with available earth / murrum/debris or brought from outside sources spreading in 200mm thicklayer, watering consolidating to 150mm thickness and finished to desired levels etc. complete. (17Sqm X 0.3M depth) (disposing/taking away the debris outside the premises & diposing as per the guidelines of statutory authorised.

RRM Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like.
