Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling up chowkat/frame hollows and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in chajjas and the like complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per serial item No 19.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable burnt clay / fly ash bricks retrieved from serial item No. 3.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to flat surfaces of chajjas, chullah hoods, troughs and similar items including edges for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, roofs, floors etc and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening including easing and adjusting of shutter as required including renewal of unserviceable screws all as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35 mm thick plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 19mm thick prelaminated particle board (ISI marked), interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work/hinges as in cupboard shutters, shelves, Kitchen cabinets etc with & including necessary 19mm wide & 6mm thick Teak wood beading / edging / lipping fixed with nails to particle board complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, complete as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as framework of water tanks, ladders, railings and similar work conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including necessary welding etc complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory fabricated pressed steel frame/box windows, ventilators with glazed and fly proof shutters provided to size and dimensions as specified & shown on drawing No. BTD-888R Sheet No. 1/5 to 5/5 & BTD-889 Sheet No. 1/4 to 4/4 with & including MS grill, MS fillets, pintol hinges, tower bolts, MS handles, peg stays, MS lugs, locking arrangement, dash through bolt where required, etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) PCC for filling in frames, glass, wire gauge and painting shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items. Provision of all other items as shown & specified on drawings shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of cutting holes of suitable depth in walls for inserting lugs etc and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CM (1:3).

S&F factory fabricated pressed steel frame/box ventilators with glazed shutters provided to size and dimensions as specified & shown on drawing No. BTD-888R Sheet No. 1/5 to 5/5 & BTD-889 Sheet No. 1/4 to 4/4 with & including MS grill, MS fillets, pintol hinges, tower bolts, MS handles, peg stays, MS lugs, locking arrangement, dash through bolt where required, etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) PCC for filling in frames, glass and painting shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items. Provision of all other items as shown & specified on drawings shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of cutting holes of suitable depth in walls for inserting lugs etc and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CM (1:3).

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of all loose dirt and dust from roof and priming the surface with one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre/sqm and provide a layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as described in Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The net area of water proofing treatment shall be measured without any extra allowance for laps.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing as specified in roof complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on roof over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 58.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 53.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 to 20mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc. laid over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with true & uniform joints including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick machine cut Makrana white marble stone 100mm wide strips in flooring laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed in white cement slurry with true & uniform joints and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Marble work (of approved shade & type) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed.

Rounding (making full moulding) to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting and grinding of the existing Terrazzo/Marble/Kota stone flooring, skirting, dado, etc by mechanical process using Carborundum stone of appropriate grit, cleaning, making good joints with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab and finally mirror polishing by applying wax polish complete all as specified in SSR and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 350mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- Plinth protection shall be of width as directed and shall be laid with an outward slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 4 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3).

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including brooming or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceilings & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 4mm thick figured glass pin head type and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality as in glazing to steel windows etc, not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 15mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 92.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

Dismantling carefully and taking up or down existing unserviceable/serviceable steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore with & including all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing/Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 95.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth in brick walls, complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting & taking down the existing unserviceable water tank and Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 litres & not exc 500 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan (Orissa pattern) water closet (white) of size 580x440mm with integral foot rests, ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, including connection to trap and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-sypohonage pipe etc., with plastic WC seat cover (white) closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device, Jet spray (brass chromium plated of butterfly shape) with 1.00m PTMT tube suitable for 15 mm bore GI pipe with PTMT nut & nipple, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless symphonic action type low level flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litre capacity including 32 mm dia PVC flush pipe connected to water closet with inlet, ball valve, float and handle complete all as specified & as directed.
