Supply,installing,testing and commissioning, factory made and tested , LT feeder pillar box (KIOSK), minium size 1000 x 1000x 600mm size,outdoor type platform mounted,suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated aluminum bus bars 500 Amps rating installed on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof,IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm MS sheet and 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry,with double door shutter and locking arrangement , internal wiring with PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size but not less than 2.5 Sqmm. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. complete all as specified and directed including connections of all out going/in coming existing cables of size 25 to 120 sqmm by drawing /digging out cable from loops in trenches out side the Bldg including of necessary excavation and earth work as required and relaying the cables with retrieved bricks and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size lugs for terminal connections of cables, necessary brick foundation with plastering to the Panel board,All out going feeders shall be connected and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet,vitreous enameled white, of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indiated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and as directed, The scope of work includes the following: (NOTE:-LT Panel board should be as per IS/ICE 61439-part I&II Type Test certificates and Panel Builder should submit all Certificates before executing the job)

M&L for earthing for LT panel complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.5 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of LT equipments etc at the other, earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate excavation & earth work and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cables, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-7098 (ISI marked) laid in trenches / ducts / fixed on poles / walls / laid under roads / paths / drain / culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed. Cables of the following sizes:-(Note;- Rate quotted includes terminal Lugs / road cutting/ wall cutting/ floor cutting and making good damged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables complete all as specified.

M & L Bricks for protection cover to under ground cable (with standard size fly ash bricks) with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers ) pipes of the following sizes :-

M&L for auguring of hole suitable for passing 40mm to 100mm bore pipe in true horizontal position under road, PCC paths etc., by means of mechanical ring/ auger after doing ultrasound to prevent any damage to existing cables pipe line specified and directed coming in the route not exceeding 1.5 m in depth below existing surface level of road and not excd 30M in length complete all as specified. Note: Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items and any damage to existing cables of anytype shall be made good by the Bidder without any extra cost to department.
