Safety audit and cleaning of the ceiling fan: Checking the tightness of fan hook assembly, all nut-bolts of the fan (2 number on fan hook, one on lower side of the down road), check for double check nuts and quarter pin on fan hook, one check nut and quarter pin on lower side of the down road. Rubber bush along with down road shall also be checked. In case of missing of check-nuts, quarter pin, rubber bush etc. same shall be supplied and replaced by the bidder. Only for down road, extra payment will be done. Healthiness of the hook attached to the celling slab shall also be checked and reported. Scope shall include cleaning of the Fan also. Reports as per Performa attached shall also be prepared in triplicate. One copy shall be submitted to the occupant; one copy shall be submitted to the department along with the tax invoice.

Replacing fan - hook bracket assembly with new fan hook bracket assembly (If found necessary on checking as per item no 1). Fan hook shall be with rubber-bush. Both bolts shall be with double check-nut and quarter pin. Sample fan hook assembly shall be shown to site-in-charge, and get it approved (Picture of sample acceptable fan hook is attached in Annexure -III). Entire slot of hook assembly shall also to shown and get it approved. Fan may be of heavy duty -80W or of light duty 50W. Replaced hooks shall be shown to department for billing but disposal of the same will be sole responsibility of the party. Party shall submit measurement sheet in excel sheet regard the same.

Supply and fixing of suitable fan- down road. (Up to a length of 4 ft.).

Repairs / rewinding of celling fan of 1200 mm sweep (Qty mentioned is estimated for entir contract period ). Scope shall include removal and re fixing of the fan for rewinding. No requestt for extra payment will be entertained for the removal / refixing of the fan. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Overhauling with supply and replacement of 2no bearings of 1200mm sweep celling fan. (Qty mentioned is for next one year). Scope shall include removal and re fixing of the same. No requestt for extra payment will be entertained for the removal / refixing of the fan. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Supply and fixing of suitable condenser 2/1.85 Micro F for ceiling fans as per requirement. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Attending to complaints like minor circuit faults, supplying and replacing rubber bushes etc. Scope shall include removal and re fixing of the fan if required. No requestt for extra payment will be entertained for removal / refixing of the fan. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Carriage & erection (removal) of departmentally supplied ceiling fans/ wall mounting of sizes 48" to 56" & their regulators including outing & threading of down rod and wiring, assembly of fan as required (new fan). Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Replacement of old damaged fans (1200 mm sweep) with new energy efficient BLDC fans of make Atomberg / Havells / Crompton / Bajaj. BLDC fans shall be compatible with regulators supplying in item no 9 for speed control. Quantity estimated is for 18 months. All jobs required for replacement including removal of existing fan shall be in bidder's scope. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Replacement (by supplying) of old resistance type regulator / dimmer with new energy efficient step type 2 model (socket type ) suitable regulator for above mentioned BLDC fans.. Make : Havells / HI five / Anchor / Panasonic / Orient. Job shall be executed as and when required based on job card issued.

Rewinding and overhauling (including supply and replacement of capacitor and bearings / bushes) of exhaust fan of sweep up to 400 mm. Quoted price shall include removal and refixing of the exhaust fan.

Supply, installation and commissioning of Almonard / crompton make 12" 1400 RPM Single Phase Heavy Duty Exhaust Fan.
