Supply, delivery of HDPE Specials of 90 mm As Per IS 1736-1995 including unloading, transportation and stacking charges.Specials for HDPE pipes as per IS 8360/1977/ Part I(Reaffirmed 1992) Part II and III (Reaffirmed 2002). Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of 80mm CI Double air valves as per IS 14845/2000 including loading freight, transit, unloading and stacking them at site etc. complete .(TWAD SR p.g No:67)

Lowering the following pipes and specials into trench and laying to proper grade and alignment complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Engineer..160mm dia (OD) HDPE pipe(TWAD SR p.g No:280)

Jointing HDPE Pipes and Specials by butt fusion welding / electro fusion welding joints using fusion equipment as per ISO 21307-2011 and as per IS 7634 (part-2) : 2012 including cost of hire charges for butt fusion equipment power supply arrangements etc., complete as per directed by Departmental Engineer.90mm dia HDPE pipe(TWAD SR p.g No:279)

Testing of 150mm H.D.P.E / pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with waterand testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occured during the test, excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc., complete for the following diametres of pipes.(TWAD SR p.g No:282)

Valve Chamber :Construction of masonry valve pit as per Type design for Sluice valve valve, scour valve,air valve including fixing the valves including earthwork excavation for foundation, P.C.C.1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal for levelling course,brick workin CM 1:5 for side wall,plastering with CM 1:3,12mm thick,RCC 1:11/2:3 using 20mm HBG stone jelly for cover slab, providing cut stone inCM 1:3 including supply, fabricating and placingof RTS grills for the following valves includingcharges for precasting and fixing surface box,valves and specials in position ,refilling the sidesof the pit etc. complete. and as directed by Corporation Engineers.
