Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying of pipes, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material ie soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware or ACor reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar of size 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of 200mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes shall be 15cm. (ii) Width of bed shall be outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm.

Material and labour for 200mm bore dia, reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, conform to IS 458-2003, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:2 with and including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering the disturbed portion in cement mortar 1:3 to match with surrounding surfaces, cutting out existing benching and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 round section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete and under floor as sub base, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, with and including use of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes in any position and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ISI Marked integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
