Name of Work: Annual Rate Contract for internal painting works for the year 2021-22 inside RCF Factory, Chembur, Mumbai-400074. NOTES: Kindly read all the pages of NIT & special conditions before quoting for this work. The Party shall visit the site before quoting to access the quantum and nature of the job. T3. The work shall be split up in two groups in proportion of 60:40. Maximum 60% work will be awarded to L-1 bidder. Work of maximum 40% will be awarded to next lowest bidder (L-2/L-3/L-4/L5/……. Ln) who is ready to match the rates of L-1 bidder. Work order more than 60% will not be given to any bidder.
