Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

The rates shall include fixing of glass to connector pipes with stainless steel fixtures as detailed in drawings . All the glass to glass joints shall be sealed with silicon weather sealant grade shall be "DOW corning - USA" or "GE silicon - USA", "WACKER-Germany" as per the design requirement to make them water tight / airtight.The frameless glass canopy shall be aligned for the entire length and width by laser beam equipment to ensure 100 percent 'X' axis and 'Y' axis alignment.The rate includes the cost of glass, one / two /four legs stainless steel spider fitting fixing in position, labours, T&P, Weather Sealant, Gasket, Scaffolding, all machineries and all taxes i.e. excise duty, custom duty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-The above work is to be carried out by a speciallized agency / Applicator of manufacturer as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of composite Coated PVC/PVDF membrane, both surface lacquered with a multi-layered PVDF nanotop Mehatop Nof Mehler/TX-30 of Serge Ferrai or approved equivalent, system with reduced friction coefficient properties for roofing system as per the manufacture's specifications & as per approved drawing. [The sheeting material shall have minimum tensile strength of 10000 (wrap direction ) / 9000 N/50 mm (weft direction )and tear strength of range 2000 (wrap direction) / 2000 N (weft direction)] with PVDF finishing and having weight of 1550gm/sqm. This work shall including raw material, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with GI cables, flashing, hardware with stainless steel 316 grade, mild steel stud patti, galvanised corner plate, EPDM etc.including lifts upto all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding as required for all operations. Only main supporting MS structure shall be paid separately. All other, accessories / hardware like, clamping systems, struts, cables, edge fittings, tensioning arrangements shall be covered under this item. Flashing - Edge of the canopy along the edge of the roof structure shall be properly sealed so as to avoid leakages. Water from canopy shall be drained in to the main peripheral gutter of the roof structure. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- The work shall be executed as per manufacturer's specifications wherever applicable, relevant code of practice and sound engineering practice).
