Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11KV grade, of size 185 sq mm, 3 core, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches/ducts/encased in GI pipe/ fixed to pole, including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate quotted includes road cutting/wall cutting/trenches crossing/floor cutting and making good damaged portion matching with existing surface with all existing finishes.)

Taking out under ground cable 11000 volt grade of size 95 sqmm to 185 sqmm, 3 core from trenches, ducts floor, pipes and removing materials from site of work complete and relaying after work completed all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately).

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and dispositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) completed all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV, Type I, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor of any size/type from HT poles after proper taking of shutdown of respective feeder from respective power houses complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable rusted PCC pole/steel tubular poles of any size necessary disconnecting cables/over head conductor and removing unserviceable pole from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms/channel fixed on steel tubular poles carefully and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of insulator of any type and size from existing poles after opening nuts, bolts and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of HT Danger notice plate from existing position and removing from site complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply and errecting steel tubular pole swaged type 11.0 Meter long, type 410 SP-55, IS-2713 marked complete with M&L for mild steel base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap/final taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation and around poles and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in plinth block duly finished even and smooth without using extra cement, disposal of surplus soil to a distanc not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed. Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing on exposed surfaces and embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint including the portion above coping shall be painted in alternative 05 Nos bands/straps of black & white colour starting with white colour (each band of 30cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enameled paint up to 1.5 m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring in any type of soil under road 1.5 Mtr below the top surface of road by convential method complete for passing through 80mm to 100mm dia GI pipe and filling earth after laying of pipe including disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Pipe will be measured and paid for separately. Any damage to existing cables of any type and road will made good by the tenderer without any extra payment.

Supply & fixing HT PCC cable route indicator of size 175mm x 150mm thick, 75 cm long and upper front side each indicator shall be embracing 4mm deep with words "HT CABLE" and two coats of synthetic enamel yellow and red paint along HT cable trench after every 50Mtr and corner & on any turnning, road crossing etc including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Disc type ,insulator porcelain, vitreous, brown white or green Two-in-series assembly, 145mm high & 225mm dia ball & socket type, with tension clamp,single disc assembly for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix HT 11 KV, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/green, for 11000 Volts grade inclding one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and gavanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 11000 Volts Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm size including taking down.

M&L, Tightening and straightening of any type/size/span overhead line of ACSR conductor/ GI wire of any size and span by disconnecting and removing from insulators and tightening the conductor by using rope, chain pulley block etc and binding the conductor on insulators with and including binding wire and jumpers of ACSR complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: 3/4 run of ACSR conductor +2 run of GI wire of any size of length upto 40 to 60 RM will be measured as one span).

M&L for opening of jumpers of 11 KV OH line at cut points and incoming/outgoing of GOD, DO and refixing properly three phases with new HT Single Core Aluminium Spiral Cable of suitable size will be considered as one job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, Scraping, including cleaning and preparation of old surfeces of steel tubular pole 11/9 Mtr long including cross arms, channels, nuts bolts, steel fitting complete and M&L for painting with two coat for aluminium paint after preparation of the steel surfaces, steel structure, steel structure fixed along pole and then applied strap with two coats black & white/yellow & Red paint in strap alternatively all round the poles from the bottom of the pole for indication of the poles. Height of the strap shall be 20 cm and number of strap shall be 05 Nos writing pole no of letter size 2” by sign with white paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Triming of tree branches (tree prunning) up to 75mm dia to clear the route of HT/LT over head lines arround the 3 Mtr from the external conductors including removing the cut branches from site and depositing at places all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L, Surface Dressing/Cleaning of surrounding area of 2/4 pole/pilinth TR structure including removing of tree branches small tree plants and bushes etc complete all as directed.

Finding out the cable fault of any size and any capacity of cable from LT 1100 Volt grade to 33000 KV with the help of cable fault loacator and with Necessary disconnection of cable from two ends and connection after repairs and having the following items with electrician at site up to length of 0.5 KM cable complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Surge Generator with accessories - 01 Nos (b) Head Phone - 01 Nos (c) Pin Point set T-505 with accessories - 01 Nos (d) Earthing cable with clamp - 01 Set (e) Cable fault locator T-905 with accessories - 01 Nos (f) TC-808 with accessories - 01 Nos (g) Soldering Iron - 01 Nos (h) Plier - 01 Nos (j) Soldering paste - 01 Nos (k) Capacitor Unit - 01 Nos (l) Capacitor connecting cables - 01 Nos (m) Power cable - 01 Nos (n) Nose plier - 01 Nos (o) Card for SSG -1100 - 01 Nos. Note:- Transportation charge for shifting cable fault locater will deem to be including send job and nothing extra on this account will be admissible. (ii) Contractor will ensure that after intimating fault contractor have to be arrange fault locator machine within 6 hours,if contractor is unable to bring fault locator with in stipulated time penalty of Rs 250.00 per hours will be charged from contractor. (iii) Contractor will arange electrician to connect cable for testing and if any excavation is required on the site then also he will be arrange labour for the same.

M&L for rubber insulation sheet mat 11 KV grade suitable for elctric installation, shock proof and chequered / plane of size 1.0m x 2.0m x 19mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
