Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors , pavings, sunken floor n exc 15 cm thickness etc (below or above ground level) and rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm grade broken stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone 20-25mm thick over cement screed bed 20mm thick in CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror polish) as in flooring/steps /slabs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness, as in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismentling structual steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates. conforming Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grill, gate etc with ends of bars shouldered or rebated or forged into spike framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railing; frame work, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc,sliding channels for sliding of gate and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick Arch type Bend to a curve (Any radius/shape) pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with two corrugation side lap complete all as specified and as directed.
