Providing, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of 'silent type' diesel generating with Latest G3 governing, remote monitoring capability on laptop/ mobile and having prime power rating of 750 KVA/600 KW at 0.8 lagging p.f., 415 volts, 50 HZ at 1500 RPM, 3 phase power supply system & for 0.85 load factor design including necessary einforcement(RCC) foundation as per manufacurer recommendation and DG should be consisting of the following: a) Diesel Engine, 4 stroke, Radiator cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM, suitable for generating above electrical output from alternator at 40 dgree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter altitude above MSL and confirming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for 1 hour after every 12 hours of continuos operation at variable load. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories. b) Engine mounted instrument panel having digital display and having following features: l) Start - Stop switch, Il) Water temperature indication, Ill) Lubrication oil pressure indication, IV Battery charging indication, V) RPM indication, Vl) Over speed indication, VIl) Low fuel Oil level alarm indication, IX) Engine running hours indication c) Alternator: Synchronous alternator rated at 750 KVA, 415 Volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 meter altitude above MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continues duty self-excited and self-regulated through AVR confirming to IS : 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-H insulation. d) Base frame : Both engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. e) Fuel Tank: Daily service inbuilt fuel tank of 990 liters capacity, fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications. f) Exhaust System : Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital/residential type exhaust silencer meeting latest CPCB norms (CPCB IV+) and MOEF guidelines for noise level. g) Starting system: 12 V /24 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors voltage regulator and arrangement of initial excitation complete with suitable no. of batteries (25 plates, 180 Amp, hour capacity lead acid type) as required as per specification. h) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement of fresh air intake for engine breathing and for cooling of engine and alternater and hot air extraction/ discharging system as per specification. NOTE:The New DG need to be integrated and synchornized in parallel with Existing 2 no 750 KVA Kirloskar make DGs (Model No. KG1 - 750WS) along with integration in Existing SYNC Panel complete as required. Cost of integration / synchronization is included in this item.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MS class-B exhaust pipe and all fixing accessories and hardwares. The exhaust pipes shall be insulated with 75 mm thick mineral wool (density 150 kg/m3) insulation wrapped in chicken mesh and clad with 26 gauge aluminium sheet including all hot dip galvanized/MS support structure, as required.

300/350 mm dia MS class B Pipe and 75 mm thick mineral wool insulation as per description given above.

180 mm dia MS class-B pipe & 75mm thick mineral wool insulation as per description given above.

Supply & fixing of self supporting MS structure suitable for following DG sets complete. This structure shall be designed for a wind velocity prevailing at site & soil bearing capacity provided by you.

Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling/along the wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type Rising Mains for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50Hz A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-65/IP 66 with canopy rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made of 1.6mm thick steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars having current density of 130 Al sq. em at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every meter, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos aluminium strip of suitable size (one on each side) including, G.l. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required. 1600 A (Isc=50 kA for 1 second)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or inrecess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supply of 6C X 2.5 Sqmm solid copper conductor XLPE insulated armoured multicore cable, 1100 volt grade, PVC tape innersheathed complete as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 standards.

Supply of 2C X 1.5 Sqmm solid copper conductor XLPE insulated armoured multicore cable, 1100 volt grade, PVC tape innersheathed complete as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 standards.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract.
