REPAIR AND MAINT OF 33 KV SUB STN AND CONNECTED WORKS AT JORHAT MIL STN

Specific Note: (a) Work shall be executed by the authorised service mechanic/Engineer high skilled as approved by AGE/GE. after satisfacterily completion of servicing of HT Equipments, if any fault occurs upto completion of contract peried should be attended by concerned rep within stripulated time frame without any failure , quoted rates is deemed to be included all such charges. (b) If any HT Equipment and connected items become breakdown, the contractor shall loacate the problem/fault at site within 12 hours on intimation by JE/Engineer-In-Charge and ensure that the fault and rectified within 48 Hours , failing which an amount of Rs 200 /- per hour will be recovered as penal recovery from any payment due to contractor after expiry of 48 hours.)

M & L Testing, servicing and commissioning of 11 KV VCB and removing of breaker from existig HT panel and servicing to include cleaning, greasing,corbon removing with CRC/Jelly,Busbar cleaning,removing of sulphonification at Teminals/ busbars and checking the CT,PT working condition,fixing of insulated materials for Busbar and carried out calibration fro desired values (TMS, earth relay timing etc),complete testing and commissioning of 11 KV breaker capacity (As per existing Make / Model) (400 to 800 amp) for 11 KV VCB with panel Installed at different locations for proper functioning of the Installations complete all as specified and directed.( Each VCB will be servcied in one time in entire contract period.) Note:- (a) Visual Inspection (b) Checking of funtional locks, interlocks, signaling devices and auxiliary devices. (c) Checking of suitablility and correct operations of protections, control instruments and electrical connection of the circuit breaker operating mechanism. (d) Checking of Tripping Mechanism operation. (e) checking of Charging Limit Switch Operation.

M&L for Relay setting/Calibration of relay of HT VCB of 11 KV VCB complete all as specified directed.

All as per Item No 2 here in above, but 33/11 KV SF6 Circuit Breaker by opening all connections and checking all gases and same should be refilled. All Gases rate shall be deeemed to be included in this rate only.

All as per Item No 2 here in above, but 33/11 KV MOCB Circuit Breaker. Note for Item No 2 to 5:- i)Servicing eqpt, moisture removing tools (Heating), cleaning tools, Insulated materials for Busbars,Testing tools shall be deemed in quoted rates. ii)Test report duly signed by authorised Technician and contractor will be submitted to Engr-in-charge after servicing.

M&L for 4 Sqmm x 4 core copper conductor control cable for connection with CTs & PTs and transformer (Bucholz Relay) with their respective panel for better and effective protection of installations complete as per existing size & type with connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7, But 6.0 Sqmm x 6 core copper conductor controle cable

S & F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one 19 mm dia galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia with top groove suitable for 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engg in Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their record complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green,two in series assembly for tension with tension GI clamps, Nuts, Bolts and washer etc suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade after taking proper electric shut down from Engg in Charge and restored electric supply after completion of each job and maintaining their record complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross arms of mild steel channel or angle sections etc. complete and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as specified and directed.
