Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 ,type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for compound wall and drain complete.

Material & Labour rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement for compound wall and drain.

Material & Labour PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for coping all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of colour wash over a coat of white wash all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour two coats of acrylic emulsion extenior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) over a coat of acrylic amulsion primer on new plaster surface of wall including complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour one coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal painting-APEX or Equivalent) primer over a coat of acrylic emulsion on old surface including preparation of surface of any description all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Material & Labour Hardcore in broken bolders or stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Material & Labour for 100 mm thick PCC type B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in hard standing incl necessary form work etc complete.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded aggregate), as in plinth protection incl necessary form work etc complete.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in sub base for laying Chequered tiles incl necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour 20mm thick sceed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying of chequered tiles in CM 1:6.

Material & Labour Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigment.

Material & Labour PCC type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm gradee aggregate) for edging concrete of interlocking tiles. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Stone slabs and tiles (Interlocking tiles) of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry or pointed.

Material & Labour sand filling under floors, interlocking tiles or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment.

Material & Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment.

Dismantling fencing wire of any description any type all as specified.

Supply & Fixing barbed wire fencing with galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails or straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provn of GI steel wire staples or steel pins etc (Each line wire to be measured) all as directed.

Dismantling RCC fencing post or struts any section including taking out embedded portion and making good the distrubed ground on (embedded in concrete)

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc, 25cm in soft disintegrated rock.

Material & Labour for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm grded agregate) as foundation concrete for compound wall, drain etc. and for fixing of fencing posts. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron of mild steel work of any descriprion not other wise provided for.

M & L for preparing new or previously untreated steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel work like angle iron, flat iron etc in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and as directed..

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long and 12mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing of size 75 x 75mm of any type of standar, rail straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire all as specified and as directed..

M&L For precast fencing post(RCC ) type B1 1:2:4(using 20 mm graded aggregate) including fixing in all as directed by Enger-in-Charge

M & L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. Complete.

Ditto but in stirrups 8mm dia.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) orinsulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling all as specified size of grid 605x605mm.

Supply & Fixing 10 mm thick PVC insulation panels in ceiling board with EPS of net to 1mm printed PVC sheet suitably placed in false ceiling grid all as per specification and drawing

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) in roof coverings

Supply & Fixing pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified .

Supply & Fixing Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified
