Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm in deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc. 63mm but n.exc. 100mm, deposited, spread levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth, copping even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe over all size (915mm x 460mm) bowl size (410mm x 330mm x 160mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) bends of 110mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for PVC (SWR) reducers 110mm bore laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 32mm dia waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cmenet and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
