Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out and returning filling in, ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good in hard/dense soil.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for

Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete M-7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild Steel angle posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of chain Link 3 mm dia , 75mm x75mm mesh size of mild steel galvanized fencing and minimum weight 2.1 Kg per Sqm and including fixed with straining bolts incl provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) including taking dwon old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and not exc 15 cm long, dia of neck 16 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, labour for high strength steel deformed TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including hooking ends for straining chain link fencing and fixed on fencing post complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for Painting 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel and iron surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint including preparation and one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for old Brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal outside of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-15(Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in making good window opening, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water trough and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete M-10(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm gaded stone aggregate as in Surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed..

Material and labour for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast Reinforced Cement Concete cover slab type M-20(Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT Fe 500D Bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required inculding cranking bending spirally hooping for columns etc and binding with MS wire ennealed less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate bed to drain pipes including forming cradles after they are laid and tested for 450mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced Cement Concrete pipe of 450 mm dia class NP-2 laid and jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing all material i.e. mud, solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc from drainage surface of any girth and cleaning of surface area of drain by wire brush completes as and specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the MOD premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for75 mm thick plain cement concrete 7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Material and labour for outdoor, antiskid, vitrified paving tiles, of size 300mmx300mmx10mm laid in floors, set and jointed in cement mixed with pigment to match tile colour over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) including roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushign neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. .

Material and labour for hard core of gauge not exceeding 63 mm of broken stone or boulders , spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed/rolled to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour of Sand filling under PCC paver block including watering, consolidation and compaction with plate vibrator all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade precast concrete grass color paver block of X shape and 30% opening area for grass trufing and including filling in all hole of mixing good earth(fresh garden soil) & farm yard manure thoroughly in 3 : 1 proportion and planting and developing lawn grass on fill earth and maintaining for a minimum period of 30 days or till formation of well established lawn grass whichever is later blanket to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge by watering, weeding, clipping and cutting etc. complete.

Machine pressed plan cement concrete M-20(Design Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbs stone( 600mm x 300mm x 150mm) with smooth finishing and jointed with cement mortar 1:2 and laid on end vertically with width equal to the depth of the blocks including embedding the blocks in ground and tamping the ground around the blocks and removal of surplus soil if any.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Two coats of reflectorised road marking paint over one coat of priming paints plaster coat on kerb stone surface including necessary preparation of new surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
