Restoration by providing herbal water wash(Combination of Venthayam powder 20%, Siyakai Powder 10%, Arapu powder 5%, Boonthi kottai powder 50%, Arugampul powder 3%, Nannari ver powder 3%, Vettiver powder 3%, Korai kizhangu powder 3%, and sembaruthi leaf powder 3% total 100%) are used for removel of lime wash on stone and oil smudge) and approrimats methodology to restore the originalities of the existing granite structure inclusive of hire charges scaffolding arrangements conveyance charges for tools & plants and machinaries to the workship spot and cleaning the site after completion of work etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(TNBP. Pointing with Lime mortar 1:1.5 ( One Lime and one & half sand ) to restore the originalities of the existing granite stone structure including the charges of scaffolding arrangement if necessary with neat finishing including all tools and plants and labour etc all complete for cut stone masonry.etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The lime used should be sourced from Pollachi which is highly iron fortified and suitable for structural and masonry works.)(TNBP. Painting two coats with approved first quality water based Exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface with one coat priming coat with approved primer including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specification. (The make, quality ,shade and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)(TNBP. Specification.No : 66&66-A )

Painting with multi colour ( Panchavaranam ) using good water base exterior emulsion paint over a priming coat with approved premeir etc., complete for the vimanam and gopuram for ornamental works including cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges including artist painter working in heights , lifting materials cost of brushes etc. which including allextra for foldingsetc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.( The brand ,colour,shade and quality of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works ) (TNBP. Supplying & fixing best quality well seasoned Teak wood temple type ornamental door in verious sizes and required height with 2'' minimum and 7'' maximum thick ornamental frames and Planks as per approved palns and design including all materials, labour charges for manufacturing and fixing I position including all furniture fittings etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officials

Painting two coats to new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved first quality and colour over one coat priming coat with approved premier in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers. Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification.
