Construction of embankment for roadway with approved material obtained from borrow pits and laid in layers of suitable thickness not exceeding 200mm ( two hundred millimetres) spreading to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 kN static/ vibratory road roller to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 of MORD specifications to lines, grades, level and cross sections as per drawings or directions of the Engineer-in-charge including preparation of foundation for embankment in all kinds and classification of soils including saturated soil and dewatering/ bailing out of water wherever required including hauling of materials for construction of embankment within all leads and lifts. The rate shall include carriage of machineries, equipment, tools and materials and safety measures, payment of all taxes and other incidentals necessary to complete the work in all respects and per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting in prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Proving weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizental) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing, direction of Engineer in charge and MORD technical specification clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately)depending upon the classification of soil complete as per HPPWD specification including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including makng good the undulation etcetra with earth or quarry soil etcetra and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HPPWD specifications including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including other incidential . The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying spreading and compacting granular sub base grading-1 by providing well graded crushed material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specifications Clause 401 in grading-I material and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed/graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 and 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.70 kg to 1.00 kg (zero point seventy kilogram to one kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen point two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum (zero point two seven cubic metre)mixed with penetration VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 14.6 kg.(fourteen point six kilogramme) per 10 sqm.(ten square metre) of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 by Mechanical means including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using VISCOSITY GRADE-30 (THIRTY) PAVING BITUMEN at the rate of 6.8 kg ( six point eight kilogram) premixed with 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square metre) mixing and heating in mini hot mix plant and laying by mechanical means of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 80-100 KN ( eighty to one hundred KN) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
