Providing and fitting of electro mechanical components alongwith allied works at pumping station khoon by way of replacement of wornout / damaged 300mm sq aluminum cable by disconnecting all electrical connections from electric transformer, extraction of damaged / burnt cable and then providing and fitting of new 400mm sq aluminium cable 3.5 core from transformer to bus bar in dugwell approximately 60 meter in length conforming to ISI standards with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job involves extraction of wornout 250 ampere MCCB and replacement with 250 ampere, 50KA breaking strength, MCCB along with replacement of wornout 50 mm sq copper cable of 10000 gph x 250 mh hc pump set by P/f of new 50 mm sq copper cable 36 meters in length from motor to panel in 6 leads including connection of incoming and outgoing cables with proper thimbling and insulation.Job also includes P/f of 10 hp mug starter and making connections with sub mono bloc thereafter testing on no load and then on full load. Complete job includes cost of material hire charges of welding set and other tools and tackles, labour and shifting charges.
