REPAIR MAINT OF AIR COOLED CENTRAL AC PLANTS AT 24 MMPU IN TECH AREA AT AF STN GWALIOR

Carriying out preventive maintenance and periodical service of Central AC plants Air cooled micoprocessor based having scroll compressor, chilled water system type installed in Tech Area of Capacity and location mentioned below by OEM attending unlimited breakdown to make the plant serviceable within 72 hours alongwith all tools, brazing tools and materials, all type of nuts, check nuts, washers, teflon tape, checking leakage kit, electrical testing tools etc to make plant serviceable/functional including setting of in/out temperature of microprocessor control panel and also required dismentling, refixing serviceable parts and replacing of defective parts with new parts and testing in completion. New parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ complete all as specified and directed for following plants. The work per unit includes:- (i) General visit to be done as ordered to carry out work during contract period. (ii) Checking of proper functioning of microprocessor and all its parameters are as specified if any error, re-setting as per design condition. (iii) checking/ repairing of control wiring. (iv) Checking/ setting of water flow switch, HP and LP cut out switch. (v) Checking/ refrigerent gas pressure and oil level in compressor, and gas charging if required (refrigerent gas shall be issued by department under sch B). (vi) Functioning of chiller and condenser with design parameters. (vii) Functioning of compressors. (viii) All other functioning of control parameters of AC plants required for achieving design parameters of conditioned space.

(a) 1 x 54 TR working + 1 x 54 TR stand by at Mica bldg ( Make Carrier)

All as per item No 01 here in before but plant capacity 1x33 TR working + 1x33 TR stand by at ESH (Make Carrirer)

Note : For item No 1.00 to 03.00 (a) No extra cost will be paid to the contractor for T&P and trade man required & taking down the unserviceable material from plants for replacement including cleaning of AC plant greasing, replacement of minor parts repairs/replacing etc, the cost of same is deem to be included in the rate quoted by the bidder. (b) The replacement of defective/non-functional parts shall be measured and paid for seperatly as `supply only' under appropriate items of BOQ (schedule A) and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under this items, the plant shall be repaired and made functional within 72 hours of breakdown either by local authorised agency of OEM or OEM rep, otherwise recovery @ rS. 2500.00 per day will be made. All major work will be carried out by OEM rep and retes are included in quoted rates. (c) Setting of design parameter of air conditioning in microprocessor control panel & maint of soft ware is included in this items.

Supply only Condensor fan, 3 Phase ,AC ,50 Hz,0.53 Kw ,PM-100-110 mm with motor complete all as specified and directed. Make: Carrier Model No.PAOAAO1AO2 or equivalent Kirloskar/Saber/CG suitable for existing units.

Supply and fixing in replacement including testing of chilled water flow valve as per existing size with electric control and other works as requried at site including welding as required at site etc complete as specifed and directed . Make ; Siemons Model No SQK 34.00 IP42 or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply, fixing and testing of water flow switch including disconnecting and taking out existing unserviceable water flow switch of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for chemical cleaning of air cooled condensor of central AC plant of capacity 2x54 TR with water & chemical all as specified and directed.

M&L for chemical cleaning of air cooled condensor of central AC plant of capacity 2x33 TR with water & chemical all as specified and directed.

M&L for flushing out chilled water pipe line of chiller unit 54/33 TR and refilled with water twice with descaling solution and flushing out, refilling water and again flush out after 4-5 days and refilled water for continue use all as directed.
