Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

M&L for repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 or rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound to top and sides and rendering 5 mm thick to soffits in cement mortar 1:3 including necessary formwork reinforcement duly welded if required including demolition of broken/loose PCC or taking down old plaster at any storey of building complete all as specified and directed.
